What we do
Before
- Before photos: front, back and each side of the home
- Shutters closed or confirmed with the shutter company
- Lanai and patio furniture brought inside
- Loose outdoor items secured or brought inside
- Pool: furniture out of the deck area, pump settings per plan
- Boat tied for the storm or moved per plan
- Boat lift raised and locked per plan
- Vehicles and golf cart moved to the garage or high ground
- Breakers and water main set per the owner's plan
- Doors locked and the home secured on the way out
After
- After photos: front, back and each side of the home
- Roof, gutters and soffits
- Windows, doors and shutters
- Water inside: ceilings, floors and walls
- Power on, AC running, refrigerator cold
- Lanai screens and enclosure
- Pool: debris, water level and equipment
- Dock, seawall and boat
- Fallen trees and debris
